Hello friends and family!  I am incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to use power tools and participate in the annual Spring Womens Build Week.  I will be part of a team of women empowering other women to help build a home for a mom and her family with Dupage Habitat for Humanity.  As a single mom, I know the importance of providing a loving, secure and safe home for my family.  Maintaining a home and working full time was overwhelming and keeping up became impossible. There weren't enough hours in the day to fix the home, cook the meals, be the mom uber and spend quality time with my kids.  I hope to give a mom and her family time to spend together and make memories.  

I have chosen to raise money for this event because it speaks to my heart and I am asking for your contribution.  Every dollar goes to providing the supplies needed to build a home for a family.  Your contribution will bring a family together in a safe home where they can make memories.

I can't wait for this event on May 4th and yes, pictures will be posted!  Thank you for your donation.
