Nicor Gas and Southern Company have partnered with Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity to develop a Smart Neighborhood™ affordable housing community. The planned community in Aurora will total 17 single-family net zero homes equipped with a combination of renewable, electric, and natural gas technologies. Eligible residents will enjoy freedom from expensive mortgages and high energy bills, while reducing their carbon footprint.
Many exciting opportunities are available. Be a part of this bold new concept in affordable housing.

| We are in great need of donations! If you have any items to donate from your spring cleaning, please consider donating them to ReStore Aurora West. Donating helps the environment by keeping items out of landfills, as well as supporting Habitat for families in your community. We accept donations at our store and also have 2 pickup options. |
